I just got the two Oktava Mk-319 mods and the Nady tcm 1050 couple weeks ago. So far I had the chance to try them on several different musical styles and also got to compare the Oktava mods with a real u67 and I have to say that doing a blind test it was quite hard to tell which one was the real one!!
So I have to say that I'm more than impressed because the Oktava mods are just AMAZING!!
But the Nady mods (IMHO) is just superb!!!! The sound is so crystalline and clear in both, low end and hi end, I used it on vocals and it just blowed my head off!!! Thanks a lot for such a great job!!!
I'm going to keep saving some money to get more of your mics.
